2. Scope and acceptance of terms

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales concluded between Les libellules céram (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any person making a purchase (hereinafter “the Customer”).

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Products

The products offered are handmade ceramic creations.
Each piece being unique, slight variations in shape, color or appearance may exist compared to the photographs presented on the website, which are not contractual.

The creations are intended for personal use. Any reproduction or commercial exploitation without authorization is prohibited.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the Customer.

The information provided by the Customer when placing the order is binding. In the event of an error in the contact details, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver.

5. Price

Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included.
Any delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

The invoiced price is the one in force at the time of the order.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.
Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website at the time of order.

In the event of payment refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared within an indicative period of 3 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery times then depend on the chosen carrier.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to postal services.

Products travel at the Customer's risk. The Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package upon receipt and for reporting any anomaly within 48 hours.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, carefully packaged.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized creations or those made to specific order.

9. Liability and warranties

The Seller cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products.

The Customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

The Seller's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.

10. Personal Data

The personal data collected are used solely for the purpose of processing orders and for commercial relations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, which they can exercise by contacting:

Data is neither resold nor transferred to third parties.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority before any legal action.
